Good afternoon
The following are some project updates for the Belmont Center Zoning Project:
- The Joint TAC/Planning Board meeting on parking and traffic has been cancelled and will be rescheduled as soon as possible.
- The Planning Board has determined that the By-Law will not be ready for October STM and it is expected that a late winter/early spring Special may be called to hear the By-Law.
- Traffic and Parking analysis will be released in draft form to the public when it has been received and internally reviewed. Parking is now expected this week and if so, may be released early next week if found to be acceptable in form and content. Traffic expected in late October/early November.
