Winter Storm Update - Closures & Cancellations for Sunday, January 25th, 2026:

The Town of Belmont is preparing for the upcoming winter storm forecasted for this weekend. To ensure the safety of our residents and staff, and to assist with snow removal operations, the following schedule changes are in effect for Sunday, January 25th, 2026:

Facility Closures & Program Cancellations

Belmont Public Library: 

Closed all day Sunday.

Beech Street Center:

Closing at 12:00 PM on Sunday.

Town Buildings:

All other Town Buildings Closing at 12:00 PM on Sunday.

Town Programs: 

All Town Programs scheduled after 12:00 PM are cancelled on Sunday.

Skip Viglirolo Skating Rink: 

Closing at 3:00 PM on Sunday (immediately following the conclusion of the final game).
