This is a News Flash for the Belmont Center Zoning Project for Monday, July 14, 2025.
- The Planning Board will hold its final topic-specific Public Hearing session on Tuesday, July 29, 2025 at 7:00 pm remote only. After this session, the Board will circle back to reviewing details in the draft By-Law.
- A new version of the By-Law will be released to the Board and public on Wednesday, July 16th. This will include a redlined version showing changes since the last version released by the consultant and also a clean copy--both from a new MS Word version developed by staff. If you have seen the Brookline-Harvard Street Code, you may notice some parallels.
- For those interested in the design elements of the By-Law, we have developed a Visual Preference Survey or VPS that is related to the Center. It is a VERY long survey so in case you'd like to take it, make sure to set aside at least 15 but more likely 20 minutes of time to take it. It is located HERE: https://forms.gle/LW6bEbn3iA1vmjbU6
