Here is the latest news on the Belmont Center Overlay Zoning project for 11/10/2025:
- The next Planning Board discussion will be on Thursday, November 20th at 7:00 pm all remote. An agenda will be posted at the beginning of next week. The Planning Board also meets on 11/18 but will not discuss the zoning at this meeting.
- Belmont Town Counsel is currently reviewing the three bylaws making up the project for March 4 STM. Their full set of edits will be received by OPB no later than the 18th of November.
- The final parking study is not yet in hand as of 11/10 but the consultant has been reminded that it is expected ASAP. It will be posted online when received on this page.
- The Warrant is expected to close for the March 4 Special Town Meeting on Monday, December 1, 2025.
