Mountain & Electric Bike Unit

The Belmont Police Mountain and Electric Bike Patrol was started many years ago and serves multiple purposes for Belmont. Belmont Police Department (BPD) utilizes their bicycle unit for parades, road races, Town events and patrol. Our Bicycle Officers are trained through an extensive bicycle school run by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
