This class uses chair exercises and equipment like resistance bands, hand weights, and ankle weights to improve flexibility and strengthen targeted muscles.

Chair Yoga with Bonnie

Seated yoga is a gentle practice done in a chair or with support, improving flexibility and health through stretching and breathing to restore balance. Participants should follow instructions and maintain safe balance.
